Business Alliance with a well-known German make-up artist Ms. Daniela Pietralla in Europe
Our company signed a non-exclusive Business Alliance Agreement with a company named Make-up Artist Daniela Pietralla (located in Federal Republic of Germany) (hereinafter referred to as "MADP"), which the well-known professional makeup artist Ms. Daniela Pietralla is a representative.
MADP will make a marketing promotion and sell our makeup brushes to the other professional makeup artists, makeup artist schools, wholesale traders, retail stores, and consumers in Europe, especially in Germany. Our company will permit MADP to use our trademark, “Ai brush,” for our makeup brushes, and MADP will try to improve brand image of "Ai brush" in Europe.
We have exhibited at Ambiente, the world’s largest business-to-business trade fair for consumer goods held in Frankfurt, Germany, for five years as one of traditional Japanese crafts at the booth of the Association for the Promotion of Traditional Craft Industries ("DENSAN"). We have been contacted some German make-up artists and the other importers, and we concluded to this agreement with Ms. Daniela Pietralla after negotiations.
