The 82th Kumano “Fude Matsuri (Brush Festival)” will be held on September 22, 2016 at Kumano-cho, Hiroshima.
About 30 brush manufacturers representing Kumano-cho sell their brushes at Fudenoichi (Brush Market), and we are going to sell our brushes, such as brushes for calligraphy, brushes for painting, and brushes for makeup, for a special price once a year.
The excellent "shodo" (calligraphy) work announcement in August at the "shodo" contest in "Shukan NY Seikatsu" (Newspaper in NYC) which we sponsord.
We, as a "Kumano Fude (brush)" manufacturer, open a booth from August 11 to August 16, 2016 at Fukuya Departmentstore Hiroshima-ekimae "Yale Yale" Store, next to Hiroshima Station. Our booth is located at a square before escalator at B2 floor.
We have makeup brushes which are highly regarded as a high-quality brushes worldwide as well as calligraphy brushes which are the origin of our brush manufacturing in 1869.
